USCBC will be joined by Reva Goujon, Director at Rhodium Group, and Peter Swire, Senior Counsel at Alston and Bird, to discuss the intention, details, and implications of the recent Biden Administration Executive Order on “Preventing Access to Americans’ Bulk Sensitive Personal Data and United States Government-Related Data by Countries of Concern.” The discussion will be moderated by Joseph Rafshoon, Government Affairs Manager at USCBC.

By laying out certain kinds of prohibited and restricted data transactions, the rule is a clear marker on current United States data policy vis a-vis China. While the restrictions and requirements have yet to be implemented, the rulemaking process is currently underway. USCBC is collecting comments from its members to inform the Biden Administration on its final rule.

This event is for USCBC member companies and invited guests only. Registration is required. Please register using your work email so that we don’t mistakenly decline you. The deadline to register for this program is on Monday, March 25 at 2:00 pm (US ET).
