You will use the content and services available on the USCBC members-only website in connection with your work as an employee of a corporate member of the USCBC and not for personal use. (If you are not currently a USCBC member, see Join the Council.)
You will not share your username and password with any other individual, including other individuals within your company (please note that ANY employee of a USCBC member company may register for his or her own username and password).
You will not distribute content obtained from the USCBC members-only website, or provide access to USCBC services through the members-only website, to any private individual or to any employee of a corporation that is not a USCBC member.
If the USCBC determines that a user has violated these provisions he or she may be denied access to the members-only web site.
You will not violate the copyright of any USCBC copyrighted material.
