Background: Ben is a Partner of EY People Advisory Services (PAS) practice based in Shanghai with over 20 years of CPA firm professional experience. He has extensive experience in serving both multi-national companies (MNCs) and China based companies on global mobility compliance and advisory projects. Ben is in-charge of Global Immigration practice for EY in Greater China

Professional experience:

• Extensive experience in handling both compliance and advisory projects for MNCs and China based companies on their global immigration needs
• Strategic planning and implementation on global mobility projects from immigration perspective
• Global immigration planning and solution for cross border issues
• Assists MNCs in different industries including law firms, financial institutions, high-tech, retails, manufacturing and automotive on immigration/tax strategies and global mobility policies for their expatriates working in China
• Experience in assisting clients in dealing with difficult integrated tax and immigration issues with the relevant authorities in China

• Bachelor of Business (Accounting) Queensland University of Technology, Australia
• Fellow Member of CPA Australia
