Chang Zheng

Chang Zheng has a Ph.D. in population, resources and environmental economics of Fudan University and is now Director of Strategy and R&D at the Center of Shanghai Environmental Energy Exchange. She has long been engaged in research work on the carbon market, carbon emission accounting, energy system planning, and regional low-carbon development assessment. She has presided over and participated in a number of provincial and ministerial-level scientific research projects and local low-carbon development assessment projects.

常征，复旦大学人口、资源与环境经济学博士，现为上海环境能源交易所战略与研发中心负责人。曾先后任职于美国伊利诺伊大学大学香槟分校先进能源技术研究中心、中国科学院上海高等研究院碳数据与碳评估研究中心。常征博士长期从事碳市场、碳排放核算、能源系统规划、区域低碳发展评估方面的研究工作，曾主持及参与多项省部级科研课题以及地方低碳发展评估项目。
