Biography

Dr. Cui has a Chinese lawyer qualification and a CICPA (China Institute of Certified Public Accountant) qualification. He has rich experience in providing consultation and training to commercial and government agencies and has published on academic journals such as Oxford Economic Papers, The Law and Development Review, Journal of Empirical Legal Studies and etc.

Dr. Cui holds a PhD in Economics and an LLM in International Commercial Law, both from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) of the UK. He also holds a BA and an MA in International Trade from the UIBE.

对外经济贸易大学国际经贸学院教授、博士生导师；中国世界贸易组织研究会研究部主任；商务部经贸政策咨询委员会全球价值链专家组专家；财政部国际财经研究专家工作室专家执行牵头人；中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员；北京大成律师事务所高级顾问；中国与全球化智库特邀高级研究员；中国出口信用保险公司博士后流动站导师。

崔凡教授拥有中国律师资格、中国注册会计师资格、国际商会跟单信用证专家资格(CDCS)、保函与备用证资格（CSDG）等专业资格。他曾经为多个政府部门和知名企业提供咨询与培训服务。崔凡教授的论文曾发表在Oxford Economic Papers, The Law and Development Review, Journal of Empirical Legal Studies, 《世界经济》、《世界经济与政治》、《经济学（季刊）》、《经济学动态》、《国际贸易》、《国际贸易问题》等中英文学术期刊上。

崔凡毕业于英国伦敦政治经济学院，获经济学博士学位以及国际商法法学硕士学位。他同时拥有对外经济贸易大学的国际贸易学士与硕士学位。
