Changes in the Anti-trust and IP Regulatory Environment

The US-China Business Council (USCBC) is pleased to invite you to a breakfast briefing on Tuesday, September 5 with USCBC member law firm Allen & Overy Counsel Charles Pommies and Head of Intellectual Property in China David Shen to discuss developments in IP/antitrust rules and what is important for companies to know.

Speakers will discuss policy developments looking at how the IP/antitrust enforcement environment has changed and the status of the Draft State Council’s Anti-Monopoly Guidelines on the Abuse of Intellectual Property Rights—guidelines USCBC commented on in 2015 given member company interest. Speakers will also case studies on how regulatory changes may impact business practices.
