A Conversation with NPR China Correspondent Emily Feng

Foreign correspondents play an important role in determining how their audiences make sense of the people and politics of the countries they cover. The ability to practice their craft has come under increasing scrutiny and peril in both China and the US. Yet the reporting continues and is more important than ever. USCBC is pleased to welcome Emily Feng, who will discuss her experiences telling important stories of the day from her base in China’s capitol. She will offer insights about the bounce back of China from Covid-19, how the person on the street views the US-China relationship, and possible scenarios for the bilateral relationship in 2021. Emily will welcome your questions and comments.

This call will take place on Tuesday, September 15 at 9:00AM EDT in the United States or 9:00PM in China.

This event is for USCBC member companies and invited guests only. Registration is required. Dial-in and Zoom info will be sent out on September 14 at 3:00pm EDT.
