COVID-19 Call: Human Resources Challenges in China

The US-China Business Council (USCBC) is pleased to invite you to a briefing with USCBC member company Baker McKenzie to discuss HR challenges due to COVID-19 disruptions in China. During the call, Jonathan Isaacs, head of Baker McKenzie’s employment practice, Zheng Lu, Shanghai-based employment partner, and Bofu An, Beijing-based employment partner, will discuss issues related to flexible work arrangements, actions companies may take to reduce HR costs, and implementation of redundancies if impact on business is severe or lasts for an extended period of time. The presentation will be followed by Q&A.
