A Discussion on the IP Action Plan

Please join USCBC for an off-the-record briefing with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on recent Intellectual Property (IP) developments in China. The briefing will touch on the recent 2020-2021 Plan for Implementing the “Opinions on Strengthening IP Protection” released by China’s National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). The speakers will discuss how this plan and other recent IP developments in China may impact USCBC member’s ability to protect and enforce their IP rights in China.
