Export Controls: The Latest Developments

Please join the US-China Business Council for a roundtable discussion with George Grammas, Co-Chair, International Trade Practice – Trade Compliance and National Security from Squire Patton Boggs. Mr. Grammas will provide an overview of the recent China-related US export controls actions, the implications of these actions, and what precautions and necessary steps US companies in China should focus on or implement.  George will also provide an update on CFIUS reform/FIRRMA and the status of BIS efforts to define “emerging” and “foundational” technologies.
