Hong Kong Trade Development Council’s B2B E-Commerce Platform

Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is a statutory body established in 1966 to promote, assist and develop Hong Kong's trade. With 50 offices globally, including 13 in Mainland China and three in the U.S, it promotes Hong Kong as a two-way global investment and business hub. HKTDC organizes international exhibitions, conferences, and business missions to create business opportunities for companies, particularly SMEs, in the mainland and international markets. It also provides up-to-date market insights and product information via research reports and digital news channels.

One exciting tool that HKTDC provides for US companies is a special B2B e-commerce site with sourcing support that matches US suppliers with Hong Kong agents, distributors, and direct buyers.

To introduce this platform to interested stakeholders in the US, USCBC is co-hosting a webinar with HKTDC, and Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (HKETO) in Washington, DC. We will be joined by Bryan Ha, director of HKETO Washington, Regina Lai, regional director of HKTDC Americas, and Anna Fan, director of HKTDC New York. This webinar will also feature Mark Staublin, Senior Vice President of Business Development at Garrett Brands, who will share experiences and results of using HKTDC resources and the e-commerce platform.

This event is for USCBC member companies, members of supporting organizations, and invited guests only. Please register using your work email so that we don't mistakenly decline you. Registration is required. The deadline to register for this program is on October 20 at 2:00 pm ET. Dial-in information will be provided upon registration approval on October 20 at 3:00 pm ET.
