Trends and Challenges for Foreign Investment in China

The US-China Business Council (USCBC) is pleased to invite you to a lunch briefing on Thursday, May 26 with Dr. Wang Xinkui, President of Shanghai WTO Affairs Consultation Center to speak about the policy environment for foreign investment in China. Over the past months, Dr. Wang led a research project for the Ministry of Commerce regarding China’s policies for foreign investment in China, speaking with various government entities, experts and companies. Dr. Wang will discuss the major findings of his research, focusing on the trends and challenges for foreign investment in China.

Dr. Wang served as Vice Chairman of the National Federation of Industry and Commerce, Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Municipal CPPCC, and Dean of Shanghai University of International Business and Economics in 2007. He also worked as Director of the Counselor’s Office of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government in 2012.
