Understanding Ongoing IP Reforms with USPTO

Please join USCBC for a briefing with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on recent Intellectual Property (IP) developments in China. Over the course of this year, China has released a steady stream of legal amendments, judicial interpretations, and guiding opinions related to IP protection. The speakers will help give context to these documents, explain how they fit together within China’s larger push for IP reform, and outline what to expect in the near future. They will also touch on how these developments may impact USCBC member’s ability to protect their IP rights in China going forward.
