USCBC Agriculture Roundtable with US State Department

The US-China Business Council (USCBC) is pleased to invite members in the agriculture sector and related sectors to a roundtable discussion with the US Department of State and other interagency experts on August 22 at 2:00 pm. Agencies and departments represented include:

  • US Department of State, Office of Chinese and Mongolian Affairs
  • US Department of State Economic Bureau
  • US Department of Commerce, Office of China and Mongolia
  • US Trade Representative, Office of China Affairs
  • National Economic Council (TBC)

New tariffs on US agricultural goods have created new challenges for US agriculture companies doing business with China, in addition to longstanding issues with market access. This roundtable is an opportunity to raise the issues most pertinent to your business directly with US government stakeholders.

Participation is not guaranteed, and will be provided according to RSVP date and seniority of attendee. Interested companies should send the name of the relevant person who will attend and the attendee’s title to Jack Kamensky ([email protected]) by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, August 20.

Space is limited so please limit your responses to one representative per company. More senior company representatives will have priority.

This event is for members and invited guests of USCBC only. Registration is required.
