Please join the US-China Business Council (USCBC) in bidding farewell to a dedicated colleague and partner in the PRC Embassy’s commercial affairs section, Minister Counselor Zhang Shaogang, as he returns to China. We appreciate his diligent work and cooperation with USCBC on US-China commercial issues during his Washington tenure and look forward to continuing our relationship as he assumes his new position in Beijing.
We are also delighted to welcome Minister Counselor Tian Deyou as he joins the commercial affairs section. Previously, Tian held parallel positions at the PRC consulates in Chicago and San Francisco before returning to the Department of American and Oceanic Affairs at the Ministry of Commerce two years ago.
The event will give members an opportunity to meet and mingle with Ministers Zhang and Tian, as well as staff from the embassy’s Commercial Affairs office. Thank you and we hope you are able to join.
The reception is for members and invited guest of USCBC only. The invitation is non-transferable.
