The 2013 US-China Innovation Dialogue was hosted on July 9 in Washington, DC, by OSTP Director John Holdren and Chinese Minister of Science and Technology Wan Gang immediately prior to the US-China Strategic & Economic Dialogue (S&ED). The dialogue was initially launched in 2010 at the second round of the S&ED under the framework of the US-China Joint Commission on Science and Technology Cooperation.
After a brief overview of this year’s session, the discussion will allow for Q&A and next steps.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and US-China Business Council hosted a debrief on the recent US-China Innovation Dialogue, led by Joan Rolf, assistant director for international relations at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), along with representatives from the US Department of Commerce, Office of the US Trade Representative, and other US government agencies.
