Director, Programs, US-China Business Council
Gloria González-Micklin has been director of programs at USCBC since 1998. Gloria also serves as the chief fundraiser and government affairs interlocutor with Chinese diplomats for the organization. She conceptualized and launched the annual galas and spearheads the principal non-dues revenue for USCBC, structured co-hosted events for senior Chinese leaders; oversees members-only conferences and other gatherings that bring business executives, policy makers, scholars and influencers to discuss current policy, operational issues and best practices for American companies working in China. Gloria has a graduate degree from the University of Texas in Austin and attended American University’s School of International Service and Boğaziçi University as an undergraduate.
