A week earlier, China’s Commerce Minister Wang Wentao gave remarks via video link to the US-China Business Council President, in which he stated that “China is willing to listen to the views of foreign enterprises, including those from the United States, on a regular basis, and will continue to improve a market-oriented, law-based and international business environment.”
