Chinese Premier Li Keqiang promises ‘tremendous opportunities’ for US firms

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang told American business leaders in Beijing on Thursday that China will create “tremendous opportunities” for companies from the US and around the world by continuing to open up sectors of its economy. Speaking to a visiting delegation led by Evan Greenberg, chairman of the US-China Business Council, Li said the two nations must first resolve their trade disputes through dialogue and on an equal footing. I believe there is still much potential in our business cooperation, and we continue to push forward our business ties on the basis of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefits,” he said.
