Don't expect specifics on US-China deal

Craig Allen, president of the US-China Business Council, told Morning Trade he’s skeptical those big purchases can be accomplished in two years unless China also agrees to eliminate the retaliatory tariffs it has imposed on about $110 billion worth of American goods. So far, it’s far from clear that Beijing will do that, since the US is keeping tariffs in place on $370 billion worth of Chinese goods, Allen said.
