WASHINGTON—January 26, 2024—US-China Business Council (USCBC) President Craig Allen today announced that Noah Fraser has been selected to lead USCBC’s work in Beijing and Shanghai. He will join the organization in mid-February as senior vice president of China operations based in Beijing.
