Karen Elliott is the Vice President of Strategic Communications and Publications at the US-China Business Council.
Before joining USCBC, Elliott led communications and public affairs for the Entertainment Software Association, which represents the world’s largest interactive entertainment companies. Her career spans three decades and includes work as a journalist for the Associated Press and PBS Newshour, on-camera contributor for CNN, press secretary for two US senators, head of strategic communications for the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America, media practice lead at Burson-Marsteller, and public-benefit corporation founder.
Elliott earned an undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and a graduate degree from Johns Hopkins University.
