Vivin Qiang is a senior manager of communications and publications at the US-China Business Council. Prior to joining USCBC, Vivin spent three years at Asian Americans Advancing Justice – AAJC in Washington, DC, where she supported federal policy advocacy, communications, and media outreach on civil rights issues impacting Asian American communities. Vivin also has experience working in China with a global environmental nonprofit organization, where she supported the program’s overall communications strategy and engaged with the municipal government and local communities in building conservation projects across urban neighborhoods.

Vivin received her M.A. in Development Studies from The Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland. She holds a B.A. from Eureka College in Communications with a minor in International Relations. Vivin is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in French.
