Richard (Ricky) graduated from Amherst College in 2015, where he majored in Philosophy. He then won a Watson fellowship to travel to 7 different countries and perform stand up comedy in English, Spanish, and Chinese and compare varying comedic traditions. In 2016, Ricky enrolled in the inaugural class of Schwarzman Scholars at Tsinghua University, where he earned a master’s degree in global affairs with a concentration in public policy. He joined USCBC as a business advisory services manager in 2017, and his research focuses principally on Intellectual Property and Information Communication Technology issues.
