As the new year arrives, what are the key areas to watch in China? This week, we have a special episode. First, we get the latest from Owen Haacke on the trade deal and other news, then we take a look at the year ahead, with analysis from Angela Deng and Matt Margulies. Some major places to track are going to be implementation of the Foreign Investment Law, China’s efforts to improve the environment for intellectual property rights, and the further development of the corporate social credit system.
