USCBC Appoints Zhang Lipei as President, USCBC China
The US-China Business Council (USCBC) today announced the appointment of Zhang Lipei as President, USCBC China, effective August 1. She will continue to serve as a Vice President of USCBC.
In her new role, Lipei will lead USCBC’s work with member companies, government stakeholders, and colleagues in China and Washington to continue fostering a constructive commercial relationship between the United States and China. Over more than a decade with USCBC, Lipei has helped members interpret policy developments, assess their business implications, and navigate a complex operating environment. Her relationships with government stakeholders at both the central and local levels have strengthened USCBC’s advocacy and reinforced the Council’s role as a trusted voice for the US business community in China.
“Lipei has earned the confidence of our members and colleagues through her expertise, sound judgment, and commitment to USCBC’s mission,” said Sean Stein, President of the US-China Business Council. “She brings deep policy expertise, strong relationships across China, and a clear understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our members. I look forward to working with her as we continue advancing USCBC’s mission and supporting American companies doing business in China.”
