Speakers Introduction:

  • Bruce Fu, Managing Director of APCO Worldwide Beijing.
    • Mr. Fu is also the co-lead of APCO’s global tech practice. He has deep knowledge of cybersecurity, geopolitical, and competition-related issues in China. At APCO, Mr. Fu provides clients with counsel on government relations building, operations management, stakeholder engagement, and market entry strategy across different sectors.
  • Tianchen Xu, Senior Economist at Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU)
    • Mr. Xu develops timely and actionable views and research on China’s growth prospects, policy trends and regional dynamics. He also covers industries with significant macroeconomic implications in China, including technology sector trends, data regulation and the property industry. Prior to joining EIU, Mr. Xu served various roles at the United Nations, Bloomberg and Financial Times.
