USCBC Export Controls Policy Update Call

On July 29, the Bureau of Industry and Security published draft export control rules on Military and Intelligence End Uses and Users and Crime Controls. The rules mark the most significant expansion of US export controls since the system was overhauled in 2018. USCBC will convene a discussion with experts to analyze these rules and discuss what BIS may do next.
