USCBC Welcomes Noah Fraser as Head of Operations in China
Fraser Brings over 10 Years of Expertise and Leadership in Representing Business Interests in China
WASHINGTON—January 26, 2024—US-China Business Council (USCBC) President Craig Allen today announced that Noah Fraser has been selected to lead USCBC’s work in Beijing and Shanghai. He will join the organization in mid-February as senior vice president of China operations based in Beijing. He currently serves as head of the Canada China Business Council’s China operations in Beijing and will succeed Matt Margulies, who announced late last year that he and his family were returning to the United States and will depart USCBC in March.
“We are excited to welcome Noah to USCBC with his deep understanding, knowledge, and network to represent our members’ business interests in China. We expect a smooth transition not only with Noah’s leadership but also with our very accomplished staff in both offices,” Allen said. “Additionally, I want to recognize Matt for so ably leading USCBC’s China offices for the last several extraordinary years. We thank him for his tremendous service to our organization and members and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”
USCBC is a private, nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that represents more than 270 American companies doing business in China.

Noah holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in International Development and Globalization with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa, partially completed at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also earned a certificate in Mandarin Chinese from Nanjing Normal University.
