Andrew Barr

Andrew is the Senior Director of Finance and Administration at the US-China Business Council. Prior to joining the Council, he was an auditor at a public accounting firm with a focus on not-for-profit organizations and employee benefit plans, and before that, the office manager of a law firm focusing on business and individual immigration law. He holds a master’s degree from George Washington University in accountancy and a BA in government from the College of William and Mary.
