Ian Driscoll

Ian Driscoll is the vice president of communications at the US-China Business Council. 

Prior to joining USCBC, Driscoll served as the director of communications and publications at the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai. Previously a journalist, his writing appeared in Reuters, the Financial Times, Weekend Financial Times, and many other newspapers and financial journals. Driscoll has lived in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Singapore.  

Driscoll received his master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, where he concentrated in East Asian studies, with a focus on China.
