Jennifer Kuo is chief of staff at the US-China Business Council.
Before joining USCBC, Jen spent 20 years in the US federal government working on national security and foreign affairs issues, including China, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and global technology competition. Over the course of her career, she led increasingly large and complex organizations, developing skills in strategic planning, organizational alignment, and technology adoption.
Jen received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Duke University and her master’s degree in international relations from the University of Chicago. She is proficient in Mandarin.
