Zhang Lipei is President, USCBC China, and a Vice President of USCBC, where she leads the Council’s work with member companies, government stakeholders, and colleagues in China to foster a constructive commercial relationship between the United States and China. For over a decade with USCBC, Lipei has helped American companies interpret policy developments, assess their business implications, and navigate a complex operating environment.

Before joining USCBC in 2015, Zhang served as a project manager on the EU-China Trade Project II, an EU-funded initiative focused on capacity building and policy exchange with Chinese government counterparts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business and Executive MBA from Kellogg-HKUST.
