Sarah is a senior manager of business advisory services at USCBC in Washington, DC. Prior to joining the council, she worked as a journalist for nearly a decade, primarily based in Hong Kong. While reporting for Bloomberg News, she wrote about China’s technology ecosystem and the rise of artificial intelligence. She also worked at the South China Morning Post, reporting on China’s foreign policy, cross-strait relations, and US-China relations. Sarah received a master’s degree in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a bachelor’s degree in international relations and film and media studies from Tufts University. She is proficient in Mandarin and conversational in Cantonese.
