Scott J. Wright

Scott J. Wright is President of Huntsman’s Advanced Materials Division. With more than 25 years in the chemical industry, Scott has spent his career at Huntsman, after the company acquired ICI in 1999. Recognized as a natural leader, he advanced through a number of roles of increasing responsibility from his start in research and technology to roles in product development, business planning, marketing, and sales. In 2011, he joined the Advanced Materials Division as Regional Vice President of Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Scott was appointed to his present role in June 2016.

Born in Scotland, Scott studied at the University of Edinburgh where he earned both a bachelor’s degree and Ph.D. in Chemical Physics.
