Photo/Video Consent Waiver

By attending this event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.  Your presence at this event constitutes your consent to be named, photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded for inclusion in USCBC’s promotional materials and event documentation.  For publicly accessible events, your presence also grants consent for the release, publication, or reproduction of your views, thoughts, and relevant recordings for use in news, webcasts, telecasts, and inclusion on USCBC websites, social media platforms, and other publications.  For closed-door or off-the-record meetings, USCBC will not release or publish your views or thoughts without your express consent.

The images and recordings may be used for the following purposes:

• Promotional Materials: Your name, title, company, and photos may be included in event announcements, agendas, or summaries on USCBC’s website, social media platforms, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Event Documentation: Subject to the language above, photos and videos may be used in USCBC internal or external reports and presentations related to the event.

You acknowledge that:

• No Compensation: You will not receive any monetary compensation for the use of your images and/or videos.
• Revocation: If you wish to withdraw your consent, please notify USCBC at [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of any use prior to the withdrawal request.
• Release of Liability: By attending the event, you release USCBC from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of your images and/or videos.
