Last week, China’s Fourth Plenum, a meeting of the Central Committee of the CCP, came to a conclusion. This has been the first plenum since February of last year, a longer gap than usual. To get the latest, we go to Lipei Zhang, our Deputy Director in Beijing, who has the summary of what happened.
