Biography

Lance is part of USCBC’s Beijing office, covering IP and healthcare-related issues. Prior to joining the Council, he worked in public affairs for three years, covering issues in the US-China relationship related to trade, technology, and security.

A native of Queens, New York, Lance has also lived in Massachusetts, Tennessee, Virginia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. A lifelong passion in contributing to global development and stability led him to advance his understanding of international relations, intercultural communications and global history, all of which he brings to Beijing with the intent to accentuate the knowledge and perspectives of USCBC members.

Lance enjoys reading and writing, furthering his own understanding of multiple subjects, and getting to know others and their areas of interest. In addition, he has a long-standing passion for basketball and a newfound one for squash. He holds a master’s in professional communications and a BA in political science from Clark University.
