China’s economic numbers paint a bleak picture

China has now set mandatory group quarantines for incoming travelers, amid fears of a resurgence of COVID-19 from imported cases. This comes alongside dire economic numbers for the first two months of the year. This week, we get the latest from our Deputy Director in Beijing, Lipei Zhang.
