China Provisions in the House and Senate NDAA Drafts

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for 2027 is coming into focus after the House and Senate armed services committees advanced their versions of the bill earlier this month. Amendments to the House bill have been submitted for consideration, with Senate-side amendments expected to be released soon. The NDAA is must-pass legislation and often serves as a vehicle for China-related provisions that might not advance on their own.
